Timothy Bryan Smith started private practice as a trial lawyer in 1985 working for his father, West Texas trial lawyer, G. Bert Smith, handling workers’ compensation, oil field accident, highway accident, and product liability cases in Andrews, Odessa, Midland, Kermit, Big Spring, Seminole, Lamesa, and Lubbock, Texas, in addition to cases in San Antonio. In 1987 he returned to San Antonio, where he had attended high school, and started Smith and Karam, and eventually Smith, Neal & Karam, with two other partners as a full service civil law firm, and also continued to office and work with G. Bert Smith on cases from Fort Stockton to Lubbock. The Law Office of Tim Smith, P.C. is a solo practioner firm with “Of Counsel” David M. Glenn of Grapevine, Texas.

Timothy Bryan Smith is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law and Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is AV peer review rated by Martindale-Hubble, and was selected to the 2003 list of Texas Super Lawyers, a Thompson Reuters service.
